Dr. Chantal Tavarez was born and raised in Santiago, Dominican Republic, where she earned her dental education with honors cum laude from Pontifia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra in 2011.
Subsequently, Dr. Tavarez relocated to the United States and completed a three-year program for international dentists at Columbia University in New York City. Her clinical rotations were conducted at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York City from 2015 to 2018. As a dedicated dentist committed to providing exceptional patient care, Dr. Tavarez recognizes the significance of maintaining good functional oral hygiene in promoting overall physical health and well-being. She emphasizes her gentle, caring, professional, and patient-centered approach to dental care. Dr. Tavarez is honored to serve you and your family, striving to provide the highest quality oral hygiene care.
